And talking about loading screens booting up the game from last save also takes 4x as long now for some unknown reason. On top of this after the trails to walk menu loaded and I selected a route it put me in to a loading screen which never ended.

I know for a fact this wasn't the case in the previous version of the game. Similar things happened to opening any other menu where the ui doesn't load inmediutly but takes multiple seconds for some reason. which then resulted in this image Shown below showing up(or a equivelent of that) for a whooping 10 seconds. I was in the reverie coridor and wanted to continue the main story so I opent the trails to walk menu. I do know a lot of the Cold Steel cast, if not all of them, are union-based as the game characters who actually made an appearance in the anime were unable to voice their characters in the anime because Crunchyroll refused the unions demands.Since I installedthe latest update I have been experiencing a lot of isues that I didn't have previously. I'm not sure if the ongoing union strikes in the actors field played any part in any possible delays.

Granted it might take a bit more setup time for Daybreak given that they had to cast an entire arc of new characters instead of bringing back people from the previous game. The ones on Steams forum that go around claiming that dubbing the games is why they take the time they do are usually doing such in hyperbole and trolling. The voice work is likely completed within a matter of a few weeks once they actually get in the studio to begin recording.
